Originally from Upstate New York, Billy has lived in Los Angeles, Harlem, and have resided in the DC - MARYLAND - VA now for over a decade. Additionally, Billy recently opened his own studio in Silver Spring, Maryland and has been cast on the Reality show "The City- DC”, a show about LGBTQIA influential people in the area. Fun Fact: Billy is obsessed with Stevie Nicks.
